Our History
Chef Tom, Fuji alum has been serving the Bay Area for over 20 years.
At age 17 he started his sushi chef journey at a small Japanese kitchen in West Portal, San Francisco. He loved his time serving sushi to the close-knit West Portal community in the early 2000's.
It is Chef Tom's dream come true to be back in the neighborhood.
Left as a Cub, came back as a Lion!
