Chef Tom has delighted the Bay Area with his artistry for over two decades.
His sushi journey began at just 17, in a cozy Japanese kitchen right here in West Portal, San Francisco.
During the early 2000s, he cherished serving the close-knit community that quickly became family.
Today, returning to West Portal is a dream realized.
He left as a cub… and came back as a Lion—ready to share his passion, skill and love for sushi with the neighborhood that started it all.
